This past summer, FC Barcelona & USA Futsal held numerous camps throughout the U.S. to identify the top youth players for a Top XI team at different age groups. Four BUFC players impressed at u11. These four arrived today in the resort town of Blanes on Spain’s Costa Brava. Tomorrow training begins under the guidance of FCB’s staff. Today the kids kicked a ball through the narrow alleys of downtown, sipped hot chocolate from a seaside cafe, and asked to enter every candy shop we passed. Most childhood dreams stay just that, but for these lucky four some special moments await.
