A wonderful two year run of success came to an end this past Sunday. Posting a record of 16-1 over their last four major tournaments, the 05/06 BUFC team won USFF’s Regional-National-Regional events consecutively in 2015-16 before losing to SUSC this year in the National championship game. A team needs to be nearly perfect to win these events as a loss in the group stage usually means a tumble out of the tournament. Sustained excellence also means every opponent brings their A game. So hats off to a group of boys with immense character, determination, and will. They’ve done us all proud.
